Low Fat Protein French Toast

1/3 of a cup of skim milk
2 egg whites
2 packets of splenda
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 slices of Arnold's Healthful 10 Grain Bread (any light bread can be used instead to decrease the calories, but the protein count will also decrease*)
2 Tbs sugar free syrup with 20 calories per serving (such as Log Cabin brand)
cooking spray
optional: 1/3 of a banana, strawberries, or blueberries for topping

1.) In a mixing bowl combine milk, 2 egg whites, splenda, cinnamon, vanilla and mix.
2.) Take both pieces of bread and soak them in the mixture for 5 minutes so it can absorb as much as possible.
3.) Spray a pan with cooking spray and let heat for a minute.
4.) Put both pieces of soaked bread and cook until golden brown.
5.) Top with syrup, fruit, and enjoy!
